What is your returns policy?
For all return enquiries, please contact your account manager or email info@meidis.cn Returns are accepted within the timeframe specified in our Terms and Conditions, provided the materials are returned in their original condition. A returns fee applies – for further details, please contact us.
How can I provide a warranty for my customer?
To offer a warranty, you’ll need to document the installation process thoroughly. This includes taking clear photo evidence of the sub-base depth and top coat, as well as completing an installation data sheet. Once these steps are completed, your customer will be eligible for our standard 20-year warranty—or an extended 25-year warranty when VubaMac is used.
How long will a driveway last?
We give a 20-year warranty to our products and you can expect a longer life expectancy. When installed correctly, resin bound is incredibly durable and resilient. We work with over 100 ethical, competent and experienced approved installers.
